Lessons from my Month with a Billionaire💸
📞Four years ago I got one of the most interesting calls I had ever received.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had moved 12,000kms across the globe to start a whole new chapter of my life in New Zealand. Honestly, the transition was harder than I thought it would be.😖
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was building a business in a new country with no network, no experience and no money. To top it all off, I had few friends. Life wasn’t easy. 😅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was committed to making my venture work but not having the stable paycheque of my old corporate life was stressful. My bank account was dwindling. So I did what it took to support myself with side gigs.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫My private chef friend, Tony, called to ask for help on a wild job: 3 weeks in one of NZ’s most beautiful spots on a private island owned by a billionaire.🏝
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I dusted off my old server hat and jumped in my car. It was an instant yes. I’m still grateful. I got to spend time with one of the brightest business men I’ve ever met & his family.⠀
🌈Here’s What He Taught Me.
🍀Billionaires think BIG.
They don’t pursue ideas that will make them $40. They look at opportunities to make $40 million. Maybe 40 mil isn't your scale now, but building something small can take just as much work. Get clear on the long term potential of where you're heading.
🍀Billionaires take bold action.
They don't ask permission. They hone their strategic thinking. They look at an 'it's never been done' as an opportunity rather than an impossibility.
🍀Billionaires are on TOP of their money.
It might seem like once you get to a certain level you don't need to think about money. The opposite is true. You get to that level by having a clear pulse on where your money is being spent.

🔥I'd love to hear, which of these 3 can you add to your life?
1)Big thinking
2)Bold action
3)Intentional spending
Catch you next week!
And remember, anything is possible, babe.
